AlamaYangu Initiative Tanzania (AITA), Officially registered in 2021, AITA operates from its headquarters in Ubungo Municipality, Dar es Salaam with sub office in Iringa Region, complementing government efforts to address community development challenges and foster resilience.
Capacity building for board members and NGO management on strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership was conducted in Mwanza — empowering CSOs with strong governance, effective decision-making, and sustainable leadership practices. This was complemented by internal training on financial and grants management, alongside Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL), further strengthening accountability, donor compliance, transparent reporting, impact tracking, and the use of data for continuous improvement — all contributing to lasting organization
